1. General Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the player ("User") and cv99 ("Company") covering the use of the cv99 platform (cv99.xin) and all related services, games, and payment systems.

By visiting the cv99 website, opening an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have read and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the website immediately.

2. Account Opening & Registration

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account at cv99. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, cv99 may close all of those accounts and any balances in them may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Accuracy

The information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. If an account is found to have been opened with false information, cv99 may close that account without prior notice.

2.3 Account Security

Do not share your password with anyone. cv99 is not responsible for any losses or issues arising from third parties accessing your account. If you suspect your password has been compromised, contact cv99 Live Chat immediately.

3. Age Restriction and Personal Information Accuracy

cv99 is open only to players who are 21 years of age or older. If a person under 21 attempts to open an account, that account and any associated funds may be forfeited.

cv99 reserves the right to verify a player's age at any time by any means. Players who refuse to cooperate with verification may have their account suspended or closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Accepted payment methods at cv99 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfers. All deposits must be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount per transaction for all payment methods is 10,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests will be processed promptly, normally within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the request. However, withdrawals are only available once the wagering requirement on any remaining bonus has been met.

4.4 Payment Accuracy

Players must only use payment methods that belong to them. If cv99 suspects that a third-party payment method is being used fraudulently, cv99 may reverse the payment and suspend the account. If money laundering or fraud is detected, cv99 will take appropriate action.

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The cv99 welcome bonus is 120% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount must be met.

Example —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks. Account balance will be 44,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks.
• Deposit 340,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks. Account balance will be 540,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Players who attempt to claim bonuses repeatedly by opening more than one account will have all their bonuses voided and their accounts closed.

5.3 Promotion Terms

Every promotion offered by cv99 will have its own specific terms and will only be governed by the details stated on the promotion page. cv99 does not guarantee promotions offered by external sites or third parties.

6. Responsible Gambling

Games on the cv99 platform are for entertainment purposes and involve the risk of financial loss. Players must play with full awareness and only wager what they can afford.

7. Prohibited Activities

Players must not engage in any of the following activities under any circumstances —

• Colluding with other players to fix results

• Hacking or exploiting the game and platform systems
• Using a third party's payment method without authorization
• Deliberately attempting to abuse the bonus system (bonus abuse)
• Opening an account on behalf of someone under 21

cv99's compliance team monitors these activities on a regular basis. If a violation is found, cv99 may immediately close the account and will not refund any losses.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, software, content, logos and trademark materials on the cv99 website are the copyright of cv99. No material may be copied, distributed, modified or sold without prior written consent from cv99.

9. Service Suspension and Account Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

A player who wishes to close their account may request this through cv99's 24/7 Live Chat. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure (subject to wagering requirements being met).

9.2 Closure by cv99

If a player's account is closed due to a breach of these terms, all ties with that account will be severed and it will not be reopened. Funds related to the violation will not be returned.

10. Limitation of Liability

cv99 aims to provide the best possible service to players. However, cv99 will not be held responsible in the following situations —

• Game losses resulting from the player's network connection dropping or lagging
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own account
• Issues caused by third-party software or hardware faults
• Losses arising from causes outside cv99's control

cv99 reserves the right to void winnings obtained by a player who deliberately exploits a software bug to play in a way that would otherwise be invalid.

11. Amendments and Notifications

cv99 may amend these terms, bonus policies or services with or without prior notice. The best way to stay updated is to check this page regularly. For major changes, cv99 may notify players by email at their registered address.
